The time of departure is 9.30 from Garibaldi dock. The first destination is the beautiful promontory of Capo Caccia. Because of its location, the homonym lighthouse was located on this rocky fortress. Giving its height about 186 meters above sea level it is the tallest lighthouse in Italy.
After a nice walk along the coast, we head for the Foradada Island for a visit to its magnificent caves. This island is a huge limestone throne, reachable only by sea, on board of boats like ours.
Foradada, fragment formerly part of the coast, has become detached from it in ancient times. Today, because of its natural and scenic heritage, it is part of the Protected Marine Area of Capo Caccia.
The mini cruise ends with a stop to go swimming and have lunch in the nearby and beautiful bay of Dragunara.
